Thank you for your interest in graduate study with the Ecological Restoration Institute (ERI). Though the institute does not grant degrees, masters and doctoral students from all disciplines work with faculty and staff in departments across NAU on ecological restoration research. Most of our graduate students are pursuing degrees in Forestry. Students who work closely with the ERI gain expertise in ecological restoration practices and principles and are able to include this in their areas of study. Field assistance from undergraduate research assistants is often available.
